Add a little water
Wet your fingertips, then massage until the oil turns into a light, milky emulsion.
Rinse thoroughly
Rinse with plenty of water. Keep your eyes closed around the eye area and avoid direct contact with your eyes.

Does it remove sunscreen and waterproof eye makeup?
Yes. The balm dissolves sunscreen, long-wear foundation, lipstick and waterproof mascara. Massage gently onto dry skin, keeping your eyes closed when removing eye makeup and avoiding direct contact with your eyes. Add a little water until the balm turns milky, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. The same cleansing step works on days when you wear sunscreen without makeup.
Should I use it on dry skin, and how do I rinse it off?
Start with dry hands and a dry face. Massage the balm over makeup and sunscreen for about 30 seconds so it melts into oil and dissolves them. Then wet your fingertips and massage in a little water until the oil turns milky. Finish by rinsing thoroughly with plenty of water. Emulsifying before the final rinse removes the balm without a heavy oily film.
Do I need to use a second cleanser?
A second cleanser is optional. The balm removes makeup and cleanses as it emulsifies and rinses away. Follow with a water-based cleanser if you prefer a double-cleansing routine.
Is it suitable for sensitive and dry skin?
Yes. The balm is suitable for sensitive and dry skin. Oat kernel oil, squalane and hazelnut seed oil help leave skin feeling soft and comfortable after cleansing. Massage gently onto dry skin, add water to emulsify, then rinse thoroughly.
How much should I use, and how long does the mini last?
Start with a small scoop for light makeup and increase the amount for heavier coverage, adjusting to your face size. The 50 mL jar lasts approximately one month with typical use. Makeup coverage, the amount used and cleansing frequency affect the actual duration.
Can I use a 100 mL refill in the mini, and does it include a magnetic spatula?
The 100 mL replacement insert does not fit the 50 mL mini. The mini also does not include the magnetic-spatula feature. Choose the compatible 100 mL jar if you want the replaceable insert and a spatula that stores magnetically inside the lid.
Should I choose the mini jar or the travel pods?
Choose the mini if you prefer one compact jar and want to take out the amount you need each time. Choose the travel pods if individually sealed portions suit your trips or gym bag better. The mini contains 50 mL; the travel pack contains ten 3 mL pods, totaling 30 mL.
How should I store the balm and keep it dry?
Keep the jar closed and dry, away from excessive heat. Take out the balm with a clean, dry spatula and keep water out of the container. Add water only after massaging the balm onto your face, rather than into the jar.
